Skype Is Not in Service Please Check the Number and Try Again

1. which accounts do the skype users utilise on their skype clients? are they outlook.com accounts?
2. the version of the skype for concern client. to bank check the version, y'all tin click help->nigh skype for business

3. can the skype users commencement the phonation/video calls with the skype for business users?
4. does the issue occur to all the external skype users whom yous accept added as contacts?

moreover, are you lot using any on-bounds substitution or skype for business server, or a hybrid deployment?

These external Skype( customers, vendors etc) users and so their IDs are not consistent.

These are ii examples: *** Electronic mail accost is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***et

three. Can the Skype users first the vocalisation/video calls with the Skype for Business users?

No the Skype users can't outset a voice\video call with Skype for business users.

They don't get an error, information technology  merely disconnects.

iv. Does the issue occur to all the external Skype users whom you take added as contacts?

So far we have tired vii different Skype users on 4 different PCs and that all get the aforementioned error.

Moreover, I as well demand to be articulate about your Office 365 environment. Are you using whatever on-premises Commutation or Skype for Business servers, or a hybrid deployment?

Deplorable for the late response . I tested the call from my abode wireless and it seems to work and so i think its something to do with my Office firewall or proxy .

Ill do some further testing and go dorsum to you lot
